We are currently seeking a Statutory Administrator to provide essential administrative support to the Statutory and Administration department. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality service and ensuring the smooth operation of various statutory processes.
Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- General corporate statutory administration, including statutory changes and filings
- Producing minutes and resolutions
- Assisting with the planning and execution of Statutory Department projects
- Liaising directly with clients to address queries and provide support
Experience
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a TCSP (Trust and Corporate Service Provider) environment in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with CCH, Laserfiche, and ViewPoint is advantageous, but not essential
Training
Both external and internal training will be provided and actively encouraged to support your professional development.

- Sound understanding of statutory and regulatory frameworks
- Knowledge of anti-money laundering and other compliance legislation
- Ability to work independently and on your own initiative
- Capability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
