We are currently working with a reputable client who is seeking an experienced Senior Client Administrator to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual with a strong background in managing client portfolios within a TCSP environment.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a complex portfolio of trusts, companies, and wealth structures. Your duties will include:

Client Relationship Management: You will be directly responsible for managing a diverse portfolio, ensuring that outstanding service is delivered to clients, fostering long-lasting relationships. You will also review and manage WIP, ensure the timely collection of fees, and identify further revenue opportunities.

Developing Client Strategies: Working closely with clients, you will develop and implement strategies to align with their specific financial goals and objectives.

Communication & Collaboration: Acting as the main point of contact for clients and intermediaries, you will collaborate with various teams within the business to ensure that client and business objectives are met effectively.

Risk & Compliance: You will play a key role in supporting the company’s compliance with local regulatory requirements, maintaining a positive relationship with the regulator. Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and potential changes will be essential.

Business Development: You will be expected to drive the business forward by encouraging the right behaviours and ensuring that business targets are met.

Training & Development: You will also assist in mentoring and supporting team members, providing guidance and sharing your technical expertise.
Key Requirements:

5 GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or above

Either hold or be working towards a relevant professional qualification. Upon qualification, you will need to maintain CPD hours in line with business requirements.

Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a TCSP administration environment with a strong focus on managing a client portfolio.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with CCH, Viewpoint, and Laserfiche is advantageous but not essential.
